Transformers 3 in 2011

Michael Bay announced this week that he'd be meeting with Spielberg to decide a definite Transformers 3 release. This morning, he announced that July 1, 2011 is the official release date for the third installment.
I'm not usually a big "copy and paster", but for this last bit directed towards Megan Fox - I will copy and paste!
