Why I Will Not Ship Toys to Peru

I'm pretty sure I've done this song and dance before.... but here it goes again anyway. Every once in a while someone will ask, "Why don't you ship toys to Peru?" Here is my answer again. This is especially for Guillermo....

The United States Postal Service prohibits the shipment of some goods to certain countries. On the list for Peru is toys and dolls of any kind. You can click here to see the whole damn list of specific items. I am sure the USPS prohibits toys to other countries as well. I do not feel the need to search every damn country there is for every damn thing I can send there. However, I have only been denied when trying to ship to Peru.

I am sure Peru is a fabulous country filled with fantastic Transformers collectors. I look forward to a day when our countries have a better trade agreement. Until then.... find a friend in another country to get your items shipped to!
